Creating Space for Reflection, Growth, and Emotional Safety with

Samara Cobb, MSW Student

Master of Social Work (MSW)

Healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and respected. Samara believes therapy should be a space where clients can slow down, sit with their experiences, and explore life’s challenges without judgment or pressure to “fix” everything at once. Her approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in empathy—allowing clients to process emotions at their own pace while building insight and coping skills along the way.

Samara is passionate about supporting young adults and adults as they navigate anxiety, emotional dysregulation, life stressors, and major transitions. Drawing from her background in child welfare and community-based services, she brings a strong understanding of systemic barriers, family dynamics, and the impact of life experiences on mental health. She values being present with clients, encouraging reflection, and gently exploring both challenges and possibilities in a way that feels supportive and empowering.
