Creative and Compassionate Therapy with

Elisia Danley, CSW-I

Clinical Social Work Intern

Talking about emotions can be hard—especially for kids and teens. That’s why I believe therapy should be a space where self-expression feels safe, natural, and even creative. Whether through conversation, art, or playful exploration, I help clients of all ages, especially children and adolescents, work through their emotions and life challenges with understanding, care, and encouragement.

As a Clinical Social Work Intern with a strong background in mental health and social services, I’ve worked with individuals ages 3 and up, including those navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, psychosis, and mood disorders. I create a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel supported as they explore their thoughts, build emotional awareness, and learn to manage life’s stressors.

About Elisia Danley, CSW-I

Elisia Danley is a Clinical Social Work Intern with a background in mental health and social services, specializing in children, adolescents, and young adults. She has experience treating clients ages 3 and older, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, neurodivergent conditions, psychosis, and mood disorders.

Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Art Therapy, and currently receiving training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Elisia uses a client-centered, trauma-informed approach. She also draws from Play Therapy techniques, offering children and teens alternative ways to express and process their emotions when words aren’t enough.

Elisia is passionate about helping clients build emotional awareness, process difficult experiences, and discover their strengths through both structured and creative methods. Her warm, inclusive presence helps clients feel at ease, making therapy a space where they can truly explore, heal, and grow.

Client-centered, strengths-based approach

Elisia uses a client-centered, strengths-based approach, blending traditional and creative therapies to meet clients where they are.
