Holistic Healing. Deep Support. Transformational Growth with
Keunshea Fleming, CSW-I
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying the weight of trauma, chronic illness, grief, or life transitions that seem never-ending. If you feel stuck in patterns that are hard to break or disconnected from your sense of self, you’re not alone. Therapy with me is a safe, nurturing space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin healing on a deeper level—both emotionally and within your body.
As a Clinical Social Work Intern, I work primarily with adults, especially women, from diverse cultural backgrounds, with a strong commitment to supporting individuals of African descent and underserved communities. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate substance use and addiction, PTSD and complex trauma, chronic illness (including HIV/AIDS), grief and loss, peripartum depression, anxiety, and the unique challenges of caregiving. I also bring personal understanding and compassion to families navigating neurodiversity and specialized needs.
