Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, especially when anxiety, burnout, or major life transitions leave you feeling stuck. If you’re struggling with panic attacks, excessive worrying, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion, you don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to help you find balance, build resilience, and create a life that aligns with your values—all within a safe and supportive space.

As a Clinical Social Work Intern, Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, and mindfulness practitioner, I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy. I combine traditional talk therapy with mind-body healing techniques, helping clients connect deeper with themselves and develop lasting tools to navigate life’s ups and downs.
