Compassionate Care. Real Support. Meaningful Growth with Monica Gonzalez, MSW
Monica Gonzalez, CSW-I
Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or feeling misunderstood in a world that doesn’t always meet your needs. If you’re struggling to find balance or clarity, you’re not alone. Therapy with me is a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
As a Clinical Social Work Intern, I work with young adults through mid-adulthood, with a strong focus on supporting Hispanic/Latino and Spanish-speaking communities, as well as neurodiverse and other vulnerable populations. I have experience helping individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, psychotic disorders, ADHD, substance use, and grief. I understand how difficult it can be to navigate systems, relationships, and life stressors—especially when language or cultural barriers are present—and I’m here to walk alongside you through it.
