Having earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montreat College in North Carolina, Pascha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. During her graduate internship, she worked extensively with diverse populations, including those struggling with alcohol and substance use, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group therapy settings. Prior to her counseling intern license, Pascha served as a Qualified Mental Health Associate, imparting psychosocial rehabilitation and basic living skills to children and adolescents.
In her professional journey, Pascha has honed her skills in addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional abuse, and personality disorders. Her approach to therapy integrates various modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Talk Therapy, and Parts and Memory work.
Specializing in telehealth services, Pascha offers support to preteens, teens, and adults, as well as couples and families.
