Family Counseling & Support
When the people you love feel hardest to reach.
Families do not fall apart in one dramatic moment. It happens in small ones — the conversation that turns into a fight, the door that closes a little harder, the dinner where nobody says much of anything. At Brighter Tomorrow Therapy Collective, family therapy gives your family a neutral room, a skilled guide, and a way back to each other.
We work with families across Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin — parents and teens, blended and stepfamilies, co-parents after a divorce, multigenerational households, and families navigating grief, diagnosis, or a move. Evening and weekend appointments are available, and most major Nevada insurance plans are accepted.

Signs Your Family Could Use Support
You do not need a crisis to justify family counseling. Most families come in because something has quietly stopped working.
The Same Argument on Repeat
Conversations turn into conflict before anyone feels heard — and the fight is never really about the dishes, the phone, or the curfew.
A Teen Who Has Gone Quiet
Your child has pulled away, shut the door, or stopped telling you anything. You want back in without pushing them further out.
A Major Family Change
Divorce, remarriage, a new baby, a move to Las Vegas, deployment, or a parent working nights — transitions unsettle everyone in the house.
Grief, Illness, or Crisis
A loss, a diagnosis, an addiction, or a mental health crisis has changed how your family functions, and no one knows how to talk about it.

What Is Family Therapy?
Family therapy is counseling for the relationships between people — not a search for the one person who is to blame.
In session, a licensed family therapist watches how your family talks, listens, and reacts under stress, then helps you change those patterns in real time. You will practice saying hard things without it turning into a fight, hear what a family member has been trying to tell you for months, and agree on rules everyone can actually live with.
Sessions run 50 minutes, weekly or biweekly, and can include the whole household or whichever members the work calls for that week. Family therapy pairs well with teen counseling, child therapy, and couples counseling when one member needs their own space to work.
Our Approach to Family Therapy
No sides taken, no one scapegoated. We work with the family you have, toward the family you want to be.
Everyone Gets a Voice
Sessions are structured so no one is the identified problem. Each family member — parent, teen, child, grandparent — gets space to be heard without being interrupted or blamed.
Evidence-Based Methods
Our clinicians draw on structural and systemic family therapy, attachment-based work, emotionally focused approaches, and parent coaching, matched to what your family actually needs.
Skills You Use at Home
Insight is not enough. Families leave with concrete tools — repair conversations, boundary setting, de-escalation, and household agreements that hold up on a Tuesday night.
Flexible Session Formats
Some weeks the whole family meets. Some weeks it is just the parents, or just the teen. We adjust the room to the work in front of us.
Culturally Responsive Care
Las Vegas families are multigenerational, multicultural, blended, LGBTQIA+, and shift-working. Our team meets your family's values and rhythms without judgment.
