Healing with Compassion. Growing with Purpose. Finding Balance with Fay Foster, CPC Intern
Life can be overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or major life changes leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. Whether you're carrying the weight of past experiences, navigating questions about your identity, or simply trying to find balance in a demanding world, you don't have to do it alone. Therapy with me is a welcoming, supportive space where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
As a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern, I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I am especially passionate about supporting BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and trauma survivors. My approach is rooted in cultural humility, inclusivity, and genuine curiosity about your unique experiences, ensuring you feel respected and valued throughout your healing journey.
